About Us

The Full Story

My name is Ariel, I come from a Christ following, Jesus loving, family of eight, grew up around a lot of noise, hard work, and plenty of wild fun. I've had several different jobs from the age of fifteen to now, from being a receptionist at a chiropractic office, nanny for six years, worked at a local home decor shop, florist at Kroger and a local flower shop, a few years book keeping, and administrative work for a local non-profit organization who fed the homeless and supported the working poor in our community. I did other crafts during these years like refurbishing furniture, making jewelry, and doing professional Photography.

I did every job full heartedly and gave  it all that I had. I always asked The Lord to give me peace with each job when it was time to move on. With every position I imaged myself staying there forever, but that wasn't The Lord's plan.

I met my husband in September of 2013 and we didn't start dating till the summer of 2014. Meeting my husband Matt was the best blessing The Lord could have given me, and I only wish we started our lives together sooner!

The end of May 2016 Matt proposed, and a short four months later we were married. Getting to start living my life with my best friend was something I prayed for and looked forward to for many years.

When we talked about having kids I would say ten years and he would say five. The conversation was always a bit of a joke to me because having children was so far away in my mind. I came from a large family, and was a nanny for long time and didn't see myself starting motherhood so soon.

In September of 2018 while on our annual Feliciano Family Vacation, Logan "Lolo" (sister-in-law) and I talked every morning sitting on the beach about how we were going to plan our trip to Italy. She asked when Matt and I would want to have kids and I went on and on about how it was at least five years down the road, that we wanted to travel and own a home first and there was no way children were in the near future.

Like every morning before 6 A.M. I was heading down to the beach to have coffee and talky time with Lolo, this morning she decided to stay in the room for a bit longer before coming down, so I went down without her. I sat down in my chair and looked at the morning waves slowly come in, and out, over and over. I was talking to The Lord thanking Him for this vacation with family and the opportunity to watch those beautiful morning waves. I started thinking about the conversation I had with Logan about children the other day, and The Lord spoke to me and said... "would you refuse my blessings?" I immediately thought back of everything The Lord had done for us and the last thing I wanted to do was go against His will. I told The Lord if it was time for Matt and I to have children, then He would need to prepare my heart because I wasn't in the right place to be a mother. I wanted to enjoy every bit of the blessing.

The next morning I woke up filled with joy. While Lolo and I were chatting on the beach she began to talk about Italy again and I told her "If we were to have children before Italy or owning a home I would be good with that. We could always take the baby to Italy!" She looked at me confused and laughed, she asked me what changed, and I shared with her my conversation I had with The Lord the day before.

Matt and I took a walk on the beach and I asked him when he would be ready to have children, and he said "I am ready now." I was so surprised and it filled my heart with peace. The day we got back from the beach Sebastian was conceived.

Being a mother has truly been the best job I have ever had and I look forward to having more children in the future. Having the opportunity to work as an independent consultant for Young Living and Norwex while being a mother has given me an outlet for my business working drive, as well as bring another income for my family while staying home taking care of my baby.

The many blessings the Lord has provided!

If we are willing to let go of our plans and follow the Lords plans for our lives, we will find out that life this way is the better choice. Why would we want to stay where we are just because we have it in our minds that that is what's best, when in all reality, the Lord is trying to move us forward. I desire to always have my hands open in order to receive and to let go in the Lords timing.

God's plans are higher then ours!

Love,

Ariel Snyder
